Who Is Our Managing Director?

Francisco Javier Mafla Hernández is a Civil Engineer and Transportation Consultant with more than 10 years of professional experience in road infrastructure, traffic engineering, transport planning, mobility studies, and transportation modelling.

He graduated from the National University of Colombia, one of the country's leading public universities, and holds a Master of Philosophy (Engineering) from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia, as well as a Master's degree in Freight and Logistics.

Throughout his career, Francisco has successfully delivered more than 350 engineering projects for public agencies, municipalities, and private organizations across Colombia. His expertise includes traffic impact assessments, transport planning, road safety, traffic management plans, transport modelling, and infrastructure planning.

Francisco is also the author of international peer-reviewed scientific publications in the field of transportation engineering, with research focused on travel behaviour, discrete choice modelling, freight transport, and sustainable mobility. His work combines rigorous academic research with practical engineering solutions to support complex infrastructure and transportation projects.

His commitment is to deliver innovative, data-driven, and internationally recognized engineering solutions, helping clients make informed decisions through technical excellence and global best practices.
